Sheet Roofing Systems

Sheet roofing provides long life-span flat roofs that can remain watertight for many years.

Sheet roofing can be more complex to install than liquid roofs and more expensive and therefore its use is recommended for flat roofs that do not have many details.

EPDM rubber roofing is typically our sheet roof of choice for its ease of installation and durable nature. We have over 30 years experience working with sheet roofing materials in many types of flat roofs big and small.

Get in touch with us and we will respond promptly and can even attend the property the same day in an emergency, for example, severe water ingress.

Sheet Roofing Systems

What are Sheet Roofing Systems?

Now we have liquid roofing systems we have to refer to systems that come on rolls or in large sheet forms as sheet roofs.

Lead flat roofs would have been amongst the first, then over to mineral felt and today this is moving towards the  sheet EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) and the sheet TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply). If the roofs large and flat with little detail then the virtues of sheet roofing material can be used.
