This roof was particularly dirty we had to jet wash it off and then use a fungicidal wash before it was ready to paint with the solar reflective paint.
Minor repairs to the asphalt were made using a liquid roofing system. Solar reflective paint over old felt or Asphalt reduces the amount of heat on the flat roof, thus saving the roof from larger amounts of expansion.
