New Flat Roofing – Kemper System Over Plastic Roof

London Flat Roofing investigated a leak caused by two old joined leaking roofs of different materials – plastic and corrugated asbestos. What Can Happen if You Don’t Get the Vapour Barrier in the Correct Place

One thing’s for sure, all the insulation on the roof will have to come out and we will have to probe the timbers to find out their moisture content before we can even think of re-roofing. Wet Joist Inside A New Flat Roof By London Flat Roofing

Flat roof repairs can also be carried out using the material. New flat roofs can be layered over the old flat roof, so stripping and exposing the old decking is not always necessary.
