New Flat Roof Camden

When I first talked to the customer about the three roofs you see in the photos below, I was asked what material I would use, my answer was “Let the roof choose”! The roof and the customer’s circumstances should choose the roof covering.

This was an old asphalt roof, with lots of box gutter and details up and around walls, too complicated to dress with EPDM rubber, so the roof led us to conclude that we should use a liquid roofing material.

We used the new 3M Scotchkote Urethane Roof Coating SD650, and as you can see, it’s transformed the roof.
