This new flat roof is being laid using Kingspan’s ‘cut to falls’ insulation, then covered using EPDM rubber, single ply as the waterproofing membrane. This roof will carry a 20 year insurance-backed guarantee.
New roofs today need to be insulated to a very high standard and the depth of insulation on this roof is very good.
