Cleaning an Old Asphalt Flat Roof

New flat roofing systems today fall into three categories:

• New sheet roofing materials such as EPDM’s (rubbersheets),  TPO’s (vinyl sheets).
• Liquid roofing systems
• Old Asphalts and  torch on felts (Tar-based)

Stripping the old system can work out expensive not only to the property owner but to the enviroment as the materials will all go to land fill when dumped.
